Although property transactions are meantime not able to proceed we are able to offer most other services and most importantly:-

1. WILLS – we can take instructions in writing, by email or on the telephone to prepare Wills.

2.  POWERS OF ATTORNEY – similarly we can take instructions in writing, by email and by telephone if you wish to prepare Powers of Attorney.

In the event of a DEATH occurring within your family we are able to commence winding up an Executry Estate even though we are not able to have “face to face” meetings.  Instructions can be given by letter, email or on the telephone and we will continue to offer this service for as long as is possible throughout the Pandemic period.
